CH Premier Jewelers Opens IWC Schaffhausen, Jaeger-LeCoultre, and Panerai Boutiques in Westfield Valley Fair
CH Premier is pleased to announce the opening of its first monobrand boutiques in partnership with Richemont Group. Located in the heart of Silicon Valley, IWC Schaffhausen Boutique, Jaeger-LeCoultre Boutique, and Panerai Boutique stand adjacent in the newly expanded Luxury Collection wing of Westfield Valley Fair in San Jose.
IWC Schaffhausen was founded by an American engineer and watchmaker F.A. Jones in 1868 and the manufacture resides in Schaffhausen, the German speaking side of Switzerland. IWC Schaffhausen combines Swiss craftsmanship with German engineering, and American modern technology in each timepiece. IWC Schaffhausen joined the Richemont Group in 2000.
Jaeger-LeCoultre is known as the “watchmaker of watchmakers”. It is one of the first and oldest manufacturers in Valle Joux, Switzerland in 1833. The Maison houses a fully integrated production and quality control for all its timepieces. Since its founding, the Maison produced over 1240 calibres, and has supplied calibres to Cartier, Audemars Piguet, Chopard to name a few, through its 188 years of continuous production. Jaeger-LeCoultre joined the Richemont Group in 2000.
Panerai, founded in a small watchmarker’s shop on the Ponte alle Grazie in Florence in 1860, was once the supplier of high precision instruments for the Royal Italian Navy. Contracted to produce diving watches, Panerai patented radium-powdered luminous Radiomir and a tritium-based luminous compound Luminor. Today, Laboratorio di Idee resides in Neuchatel, Switzerland. The brand marries Swiss watchmaking with Italian design and continues to innovate using high tech materials. Panerai joined the Richemont Group in 1997.
Boutiques IWC Schaffhausen, Jaeger-LeCoultre, and Panerai are now open, each with 1,000-square-foot space, revealing the brand’s identity and aesthetic and showcasing the breadth and depth of its collections, now including limited editions and boutique exclusive models. The three boutiques are extensions of CH Premier Jewelers 8,500-square-foot flagship store located on the opposite end of Westfield Valley Fair, and a CH Premier satellite store in Stanford Shopping Center.
