Shipping and Returns for Online Sales
Shipping
We currently ship domestically in the United States. Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing for in stock merchandise. Orders are shipped Monday through Thursday, excluding public holidays. Orders are shipped standard overnight with “Signature Required” in compliance with our insurance company. You will receive tracking information for your order once it has been shipped. If a package is undeliverable and returned to us by the carrier, additional charges may apply for reshipment.
Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to exchange or return merchandise for store credit, you may do so within 3 business days of receiving your order. Items marked "Final Sale" and finance orders are excluded. Please contact Customer Service at customerservice@chpremier.com or text 408-839-6219.
Returned merchandise must be in original, sellable condition, with the blue tag attached. We cannot accept merchandise that has been worn, altered, or damaged. Restocking fee may apply. Please note, we reserve the right to refuse any merchandise that does not meet these requirements.
Merchandise with promotional pricing is FINAL SALE.
