Shipping and Returns for Online Sales
Merchandise ordered through chpremier.com can be shipped domestically in the United States. Shipping address and billing address must be the same. CH Premier does not ship to post office boxes. CH Premier offers two-day shipping. Adult signature is required upon delivery.
Returns and Exchanges
Merchandise may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 5 days of the original purchase date. Excluded merchandise will be clearly marked “Final Sale” on the merchandise page of the website. Finance purchases are also final sale.
Please email Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the return process. Upon approval, a return label will be provided. Merchandise must be returned within 3 days of the return label being issued.
Merchandise must be returned in perfect sellable condition with the blue tag on. CH Premier cannot accept merchandise that has been worn, altered, or damaged. The merchandise must be returned in its original packaging. The original box and warranty must be included. A restocking fee may apply. CH Premier reserves the right to refuse any merchandise that does meet these requirements.
