Shipping and Exchange Policy

Merchandise ordered through chpremier.com can be shipped domestically in the United States. The shipping address and billing address must be the same. CH Premier does not ship to post office boxes. CH Premier offers complimentary two-day free shipping. An adult signature is required upon delivery.

Merchandise may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 5 days of receiving the order. Excluded merchandise will be clearly marked “Final Sale” on the merchandise page of the website. Finance purchases (ie: Affirm, Shop Pay Installment) are also final sale.
