IWC's relationship with the descendants of Antoine de Saint-Exupéry began in 2006. The partnership has since extended across special editions, exhibitions, museum collaborations and charitable work with the Antoine de Saint-Exupéry Youth Foundation.
The recurring deep blue dial is tied to the world of The Little Prince and to Saint-Exupéry's own life as both writer and aviator, giving the collection a visual identity that connects the watches back to the story without changing the core Pilot's Watch design language.
