From the dramatic Black series, this distinctive Limited Edition, available only in a controlled production run of 5,500, reimagines Seiko's 1965 first diver's watch, an automatic timepiece with a then exceptional water resistance of 150 meters. Offering an extraordinarily legible dial and durable enough to become standard equipment on the Japanese Antarctic Research Expedition (JARE), this landmark watch propelled Seiko into the forefront of dive watch design. Updated with today's technology and materials, and a sleeker and thinner profile, this re-interpretation is crafted of stainless steel with black hard coating, and includes a sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating on the inner surface, black uni-directional rotating elapsed timing bezel, and screwdown crown and caseback, as well as a brown high-intensity "Seichu" fabric strap, made in Japan with superior flexibility, but the strength necessary for diving, plus an additional black silicone strap. With orange accents to evoke the early dawn light on the ocean, the black dial features a date calendar and LumiBrite hands and markers. Following ISO standards for scuba diving to depths of up to 200 meters, this exceptional watch is powered by a 24-jewel automatic movement, which beats at a frequency of 21,600 vibrations per hour, with a power reserve of approximately 70 hours, and offers manual winding capability. Complimentary Two-Day Shipping on purchases over $100. Order processing can take up to 3-5 business days.
We currently only ship domestically within the United States. Orders ship Monday through Thursday, excluding public holidays, via standard overnight service with signature required, per our insurance policy. Shipping delivery must be confirmed by the recipient in order to ship out the order. If a package is undeliverable and returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Shipping fee for watch straps and accessories is flat $35. Please note: all watch parts are FINAL SALE.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Please carefully inspect your package at the time of delivery. If the outer packaging appears damaged, opened, resealed, punctured, or otherwise tampered with, we kindly ask that you refuse delivery. Please inform the carrier that you are declining the shipment due to suspected damage or tampering.

If possible, take clear photographs of the package—showing the condition of the box, shipping label, and any visible damage or broken seals—before returning it to the carrier.

Please note that by accepting the package, you acknowledge that the outer box appears intact and untampered with at the time of delivery.
